Data plumber wanted: someone to keep Salesforce clean, reports flowing, and sales teams moving—without the usual enterprise bloat.
Your daily beat: wrangle data, spot patterns in sales cycles, build dashboards that actually help, and turn we should automate thatinto glad we automated that.
First 90 days: master our stack (Salesforce, Apollo, SalesNav), own the data quality, and become the person everyone asks when tech gets weird.
Who fits: 1‑3 years keeping chaos at bay in startups or consulting; loves clean spreadsheets but knows messy reality; codes a bit (SQL/automation tools) but talks like a human.
Why jump: ground‑floor chance to build the plumbing right (for once), either from Toronto or our Williamsburg spot—bonus if you've already got Salesforce scars.
