Suger is a revenue platform that helps our customers grow on the fastest growing B2B sales channel: the cloud marketplaces of AWS, Azure, GCP, and Alibaba. Launched in 2022, we take the tech debt out of marketplace sales by providing an API-first approach to quote to cash and billing processes. We’re working with over 200 B2B customers, ranging from large enterprises like Snowflake and Intel to fast growing startups like Glean and Vanta.
We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to help us scale demand generation through data-driven systems, intelligent automation, and custom-built growth infrastructure.
This isn’t a traditional engineering role - it’s a high-impact position at the intersection of code, data, and go-to-market execution. You’ll be the technical backbone of our growth team, using your skills to build, connect, and automate tools that turn data into actions across our GTM stack.

What You’ll Do
Own and operate the GTM automation engine: Scrape, integrate, and transform data into real-time actions across email marketing, SDR outreach, and web engagement to inform growth approaches and tacticsManage a technical GTM backlog: Prioritize and execute against an OKR-driven roadmap to support growth, marketing, and sales objectivesBuild outbound triggers: Identify high-intent signals and launch automated sequences through CRM and outreach toolsLeverage OpenAI and third-party APIs: Develop tools that generate personalized content and automate engagement at scaleModel and visualize GTM data: Write queries and build dashboards to uncover new growth opportunities and measure campaign performanceDevelop internal tools and scripts: Use Python, SQL, or JavaScript to accelerate workflows and support new GTM experimentsMaintain and extend GTM integrations: Connect systems like Salesforce, Apollo, Segment, and Clearbit to ensure data flows seamlessly across the stack
What You’ll Need
Have 2–5 years experience in a data engineering, growth engineering, or applied data science roleAre fluent in Python and SQL, with bonus points for JS, APIs, and scraping tools like Puppeteer or PlaywrightKnow your way around OpenAI’s API and have a knack for building tools that automate content creation or enrichmentAre obsessed with speed: you can turn ideas into prototypes quickly, and love experimenting with new techUnderstand GTM motions and are excited about accelerating pipeline generation with smart systemsThrive in fast-paced, zero-to-one startup environments
