We’re Hiring: Director of Revenue Operations

The Revenue Operations Manager reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and serves as the strategic and operational core of the commercial team. This role will help to bring clarity, structure, and performance optimization to the sales process.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAlign sales, marketing, and customer service goals with overall business objectives to ensure cross-functional focus on revenue growth. Drive go-to-market strategy development through market analysis, competitive insights, and customer segmentation. Facilitate regular business reviews to assess performance, identify obstacles, and course correct as needed. Identify and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across the revenue engine to track progress and highlight opportunities for optimization. Responsible for mapping customer lifecycle journeys by ICP to identify friction points and conversion opportunities. Design and implement standardized workflows across sales, marketing an customer service to ensure consistency and efficiency. Create scalable playbooks and frameworks for repeatable revenue operations practices.Optimize lead routing, handoff procedures, and lifecycle management to reduce friction and improve conversion rates.Establish service-level agreements (SLAs) between revenue departments to improve accountability and response times.Own and optimize the revenue tech stack, including CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement, and customer success platforms.Lead tech stack adoption efforts through training, onboarding, and ongoing user support.Automates manual tasks and repetitive workflows using CRM and revenue tools to enhance productivity.Support the automation of reporting, forecasting, and lead management processes to scale operations effectively.Develop and maintain a centralized data infrastructure to ensure clean, accurate, and accessible revenue data across teams.Define and enforce data governance standards, including data hygiene best practices, lead deduplication and enrichment practices.Build and manage dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights into pipeline health, opportunity conversion, and customer lifecycle.QualificationsThe requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the job well:Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, or related field or at least 5+ years of relevant experience Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills Proven sales, negotiation, and problem-solving abilitiesHighly organized with attention to detailComfortable working in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environmentProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and SmartSheets is a plusAbility and willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays
