We empower event promoters and venues to drive ticket sales and maximize revenue through strategic use of first-party data, advanced SMS marketing, and simplified, high-ROI digital ads. The Role

We’re looking for a strategic, analytical, and action-oriented Revenue Operations Manager to build and scale our RevOps function. Reporting to the CFO, as Hive's first dedicated RevOps hire, you’ll define how we connect the dots across our entire revenue engine from Marketing and Sales to Onboarding, Customer Success, and Support.

You’ll work across teams to drive alignment, design scalable processes, and ensure visibility and accountability across the full funnel. If you’re excited about laying the foundations for long-term growth and love solving complex operational puzzles with data and systems this is your moment.

What You’ll Do:

Improve and Scale Revenue ProcessesUncover, scope, and lead improvements in lead routing, attribution, sales workflow, and renewal processesSupport contract management workflows, and compliance with various stipulated processesEnsure consistent data governance and systems hygiene to enable reliable forecasting and reporting Build Visibility and Drive Data-Backed InsightsCreate and maintain dashboards to monitor pipeline health, funnel conversion, productivity, and revenue performanceTrack and analyze sales performance across segments to surface actionable insights for sales, CS and executive teamsGuide forecasting accuracy, pipeline generation analysis, win/loss breakdowns, and revenue trends Partner Across GTM and Support Strategic PlanningCollaborate with Marketing, Sales, and CS leadership to eliminate bottlenecks and streamline the customer journeySupport territory design, quota setting, and sales compensation trackingAssist in strategic planning cycles, team QBRs, and GTM alignment meetings Own and Optimize GTM Systems & ToolsManage and evolve our GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Zapier, and SalesloftLead system integrations, automate workflows, and troubleshoot issues across the revenue funnel Enable Operational ExcellenceLead regular performance reviews with GTM leaders and translate insights into business actionCreate playbooks, internal documentation, and training materials for RevOps best practicesAct as the go-to resource for cross-functional execution and reporting

Who you are:

6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales/Marketing Ops roles— ideally within high-growth B2B SaaSDeep understanding of GTM funnels (leads, opps, accounts, renewals) and SaaS sales motionStrong technical proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot, with bonus points for Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales NavigatorAnalytical mindset with a bias for action—you love using data to identify problems and implement solutionsExceptional communication and storytelling skills—from executive presentations to internal training docsHighly collaborative and process-driven, able to influence without direct authorityProactive, organized, and excited to build from the ground up in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Haves:

Experience scaling RevOps functions at a SaaS company in the $20M–$50M ARR stageStrong project management experienceExperience with SaaS financial modeling, quota setting, or sales comp plan developmentExperience working closely with Finance on revenue recognition and ARR reconciliationFamiliarity with contracting workflows and cross-functional compliance processes
