VP of Revenue Operations

Epicor Software Development
Hybrid Austin, TX Posted about 2 months ago

TL;DR

Epicor needs a revenue mechanic‑in‑chief: someone to tune the whole money engine—from first click to renewal—so 5,000 people can sell smarter, not harder.

Your canvas: the full revenue picture—forecasting, pipeline, tools, data, people. You'll knock down walls between teams and build bridges with automation and clean data.

Daily beat: coach teams, crunch numbers for the board, spot process knots, untangle them fast. Keep the machine humming while you're upgrading it.

Who fits: 13+ years getting results from big teams, 8+ years leading global squads, deep comfort with both spreadsheets and boardrooms.

Numbers talk: $200‑500k plus the usual tech perks, hybrid setup, and a shot at helping essential businesses (the ones making real things) work better.
