About the role
As our RevOps Manager, you'll play a critical role in designing and optimizing Chalk's revenue infrastructure. This position will see you collaborating closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams to streamline our revenue operations. You will utilize analytics, automation, and strategic insight to drive operational excellence and growth, significantly impacting our ability to scale efficiently and effectively.
We are working in-person Monday through Friday in our San Francisco or NYC office and we don't currently offer remote or hybrid type positions.
What you will do
Design, implement, and optimize RevOps infrastructure including CRM (Salesforce, Outreach), marketing automation tools (Hubspot), and revenue analytics platforms.Develop and maintain forecasting models, pipeline management processes, and reporting dashboards to enhance sales visibility and effectiveness.Build and refine multi-touch attribution models, automating data enrichment processes, and developing intent-signal databases to sharpen targeting strategies.Identify key customer satisfaction metrics and build systems to proactively monitor and improve customer health.Collaborate with leadership to streamline invoicing processes, establish accurate usage projections, and optimize financial close procedures.Facilitate cross-team alignment on revenue strategies, identifying process gaps and developing actionable solutions to eliminate friction.
What we're looking for
Experienced RevOps professional with 4+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles, preferably within SaaS or high-growth tech startups.Expert proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach and familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools (Hex, Looker, etc.).Demonstrated capability to improve operational efficiencies through automation, data management, and reporting enhancements.Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and an ability to drive cross-functional initiatives successfully.Self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments, eager to take ownership, and passionate about driving measurable outcomes.
Bonus points
Experience supporting Usage Based / SaaS products.Proficiency with SQL and Python.Understanding of Machine Learning operations and infrastructure.Previous experience in a high-growth technology startup.

Range: Salary + Equity based on experience
