The OpportunityPillar4 Media is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to join its fast-growing team.
As a senior leader on the Pillar4 Well team, you will collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to spearhead strategic initiatives that drive sustainable revenue growth, shape innovative solutions, and position Pillar4’s Well vertical as a market leader. Your ability to influence, innovate, and execute will be pivotal in guiding the team toward long-term success.

What You’ll Be DoingReporting directly to the President, the Director of Revenue Operations will:Be a strategic thought leader who thrives on analyzing complex data to uncover key insights and opportunities that drive sustainable business success. Your analytical mindset will be essential in developing forward-thinking solutions and guiding data-informed decisions.Bring a strong commercial acumen to evaluate revenue streams, conversion rates, and market dynamics across multiple lines of business. Your ability to synthesize business performance with data-driven insights will directly inform strategic decision-making and partnership optimization, enhancing financial performance.Lead all end-to-end analytics for both onsite revenue optimization and program performance management for all commerce and performance marketing activities for our partnership sitesLead the development and execution of digital strategies and products that enhance user journeys, boost engagement, and increase monetization. Develop data-driven solutions that integrate seamlessly with broader business objectives, focusing on scalable, high-impact digital experiences. Develop merchant monetization strategies that drive higher website yield.Evaluate and execute new business opportunities, including launching net-new lines of business. You will leverage your analytical skills and market insights to conduct diligence on potential new lines of business, assessing their commercial viability, strategic alignment, and growth potential. You will work closely with the President to develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new business initiatives, from initial concept to successful launch and scale.Apply data insights to business decisions and digital strategyMeet and exceed performance targetsManage partnership and partner relations to ensure Pillar4 is hitting brand performance KPIs and growing share with partnerPartner with vertical President to execute on GTM commerce, affiliate and lead generation strategies across multiple consumer product and service markets
What You BringA keen understanding of business strategy and the ability to identify opportunities for revenue growth and unit economic improvement.Proven experience applying data-driven decisions to optimize commercial performanceExperience with digital product management, including user experience (UX) design, A/B testing, and leveraging customer insights to create data-driven product roadmaps. Proficiency in implementing technologies that optimize digital engagement and monetization4-6 years of experience in a highly quantitative and analytical role; statistics, management consulting, or investment banking experience is more relevant to this role than traditional marketing or market research analysisBachelor’s degree in an analytically oriented discipline (e.g. business, economics, statistics, mathematics, etc.)Comfort with measuring, interpreting, and making real-time decisions based on large volumes of dataAbility to build financial models, conduct ROI analysis, and present data and recommendations to senior team members on a regular basisUtilization of AI to drive performance and create efficienciesFluency in Microsoft Excel; competency in advanced statistical tools and data visualization tools a plusBasic programming, SQL, Python or R Studio and scripting experienceDesire for a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with competing priorities and deadlinesCompetitive drive and a hunger to learn
