We’re looking for a Growth Operations Manager to own the systems, processes, and performance infrastructure powering our B2C growth engine - across marketing, sales, and beyond. This hands-on operational role drives alignment, accountability, and innovation, with a strong focus on leveraging technology and AI to improve productivity and results.You won’t execute campaigns directly but will work closely with executive and marketing leadership to connect strategy to execution, monitor performance across markets, and ensure teams are working smarter - not just harder.
