GTM Solutions Architect

to shape and implement systems, processes, and integrations that drive success across our Sales, Marketing, Partners, and Customer Experience teams.

This key role within the GTM Technology team combines deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of go-to-market operations. You will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to design scalable, flexible solutions aligned with our strategic goals.

Position Overview The

GTM Solutions Architect

will evaluate business needs, identify scalable technology solutions, and translate requirements into well-architected systems supporting our GTM functions. This role involves working closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure technical designs meet business objectives and support long-term platform scalability and stability.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Solution Architecture Leadership

Lead architecture for GTM systems (Salesforce, CPQ, Marketing Automation, Partner Portals), ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable designs.

Define and implement architectural frameworks that align IT architecture with business goals and digital transformation initiatives.

Bridge business and technology to support corporate strategy and operational efficiency.

Business Enablement & Stakeholder Collaboration

Translate business requirements into enterprise-grade solutions that improve productivity across Sales, Marketing, and Partner functions.

Collaborate with stakeholders, BT Product Managers, and Engineering teams to set technical standards, frameworks, and integration patterns.

Guide architectural decisions by partnering across functions to ensure alignment and execution.

Platform Evaluation & Technology Governance

Assess and recommend platforms, tools, and frameworks for data integration, automation, and reporting.

Establish governance by defining standards, policies, and ensuring compliance with frameworks like SOX and GDPR.

Build and deploy AI and machine learning frameworks—including AgentForce and Generative AI—for GTM initiatives, automation, and decision-making enhancement.

Process Architecture & Optimization

Design architecture for core GTM processes such as lead to cash, campaign to opportunity, order to provision, and partner onboarding.

Oversee integration across enterprise SaaS applications to ensure interoperability, scalability, and performance. Continuously evaluate and optimize architectures for cost-efficiency and resilience.

Risk Management & Compliance

Identify technical debt and recommend modernization strategies.

Enforce cybersecurity measures and ensure business continuity to mitigate IT risks.

Ensure solutions comply with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.

What You'll Bring

15+ years in enterprise architecture, solution design, or system implementation within GTM domains.

Expertise in Salesforce Sales/Service/CPQ Cloud, Marketing Automation, and Partner Portals.

Proficiency with integration platforms like Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workato.

Experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures for end-to-end processes.

Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience in Agile environments and technical roadmap planning.

Knowledge of enterprise compliance, security, and data privacy standards.

Experience with M&A systems integration and data migration.

Extensive expertise in AI frameworks, including LLMs, RAG, and related technologies.

Ability to assess and integrate AI-driven tools to enhance business insights.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
