Strategic Growth & Revenue Operations Lead

Patreon Technology, Information and Internet
Hybrid San Francisco, CA Posted about 1 month ago

TL;DR

Patreon's numbers: $8B paid to creators, 60M free members, 10M paying fans monthly—all to fund creative work. Not bad for a platform that lets fans pay for the stuff they love.

This seat: you'll be the growth detective for the Creator Team, figuring out what makes some creators boom while others plateau, then turning those findings into playbooks that scale.

Daily beat: mix data diving with people wrangling—coordinate across Product, Marketing, and Finance to test hunches, measure what works, and build systems that make good patterns stick.

Who fits: 8+ years in revenue or sales ops, comfortable with both spreadsheets and storytelling, and sharp enough to spot patterns in messy creator data.

The trade: hybrid setup (2 days in SF or NYC), competitive pay, equity that matters, and the chance to help creators actually make a living doing what they love.
