Sr. GTM Engineer - Marketing

Ashby Software Development
Remote United States Posted 25 days ago $155,000 - $185,000 yearly

TL;DR

Ashby's killing it: 2,500+ customers from startups to Shopify, growing 100% yearly, and now they need someone to wire up their marketing brain.

Your mission: be the technical backbone for GTM—connect HubSpot to Clay to UserGems, write scripts when tools won't talk, and make data flow like water.

Daily beat: automate away busy work, keep campaign data clean, measure what matters, and stay ahead of the AI curve (think ChatGPT meets marketing ops).

Who fits: 5+ years hands‑on with marketing tech, comfortable writing basic JavaScript/Python/SQL, and loves turning messy processes into smooth machines.

Not your typical ops role: you're building the engine, not just changing the oil. If you'd rather strategize than automate, or fly solo than collaborate, probably not your jam.
