GTM Systems Administrator II

The OpportunityThe GTM Systems Administrator II is hybrid position based in Cincinnati, Ohio and is responsible for organizing, building, understanding and advising on the GTM Systems. This position is responsible for focused development of solutions within the GTM Systems tech stack that directly support the GTM Team’s workflow.
ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Be DoingDeveloping extensive process and project documentationGrow and foster stakeholder relationships as needed for project workSupport integrations across the GTM tech stack as a generalist, be the SME of your specializationsMonitor system performance, data integrity and user activity to make recommendations and deploy continuous improvementsAssist cross-functional teams and internal resources to define process requirements and change requests related to the sales and retention processesOversees data integrity within GTM Systems by deploying and maintaining sustainable system architecture and data modelingClosely follows advancements in AI and system capabilities to advance our team’s capabilitiesManage system workflow documentation in column/field descriptions and help textThis job description in no way implies that the duties listed here are the only ones that team members can be required to perform
QualificationsWhat You Bring to the TeamMinimum 4+ years of GTM systems development/administration with Salesforce experience preferredExperience supporting a team of sales and customer retention professionals in a fast-paced, short and long sales cycle, high-growth environmentStrong data management and documentation skillsProven experience optimizing processes, mentoring peers, applying the latest technology advancementsExcellent communication skills internally to the team, and at all levels of an organizationHighly self-motivated and dependable
Physical Demands and Work Environment:The physical activities of this position include frequent sitting, telephone communication, working on a computer for extended periods of time. Visual acuity is required to perform activities close to the eyes.This position is a hybrid position and team members are expected to have a dedicated and established remote workspace.Ability to work hybrid in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Area.
