Role Description
We're looking for our first GTM Engineer to help us supercharge pipeline creation and demand generation through technical creativity, automation, and speed. You’ll partner closely with Sales and Product to build scalable outbound systems, enrich go-to-market intelligence, and drive buyer engagement with minimal friction.
This is a high-impact, builder role at the intersection of growth engineering, RevOps automation, and AI-powered GTM tooling.
What You'll Do
Build and scale technical demos, interactive product tours, and POCs (e.g. sandbox environments, Supademo, Replo)Set up and maintain outbound systems using tools like Clay, UserGems, Apollo, and Smartlead to personalize outreach at scaleAutomate lead scoring, enrichment, and routing using APIs and warehouse dataDevelop internal GTM tooling (e.g. Slack bots, Chrome extensions, SDR assist tools) to accelerate handoffs and speed to demoUse tools like Copy.ai, Lavender, and ChatGPT to generate personalized outbound messaging and campaign copyPartner with Product to build and test PLG features like in-app trials, usage-based activation triggers, and product-led onboarding flowsSupport the creation of technical marketing content (e.g. blog posts, playbooks, AI-driven video walkthroughs, sales collateral)
What You'll Bring
4+ years in software engineering, solutions engineering, or growth/RevOps roles supporting Sales and MarketingExperience with modern GTM automation tools like Clay, UserGems, Instantly, Smartlead, Clearbit, and HubSpotStrong comfort with APIs, webhooks, and data workflows (Postman, Zapier, Retool, or custom Python scripts)Hacker mentality — you’re fast, scrappy, and thrive in a test-and-iterate cultureStrong communicator — you can speak the languages of both sellers and engineers
