About The Role
As the first Agentic AI Engineer on our RevOps team, you will architect, automate, and
optimize a unified, data-driven commercial-operations ecosystem. Leveraging AI agents and
low-/no-code orchestration platforms, you’ll turn siloed Sales, Marketing, Support, and
Customer-Success signals into real-time, ROI-driven insight at scale.
What You Will Do
Core responsibilities Example agent-first activities
System design & integration – reverse-engineer legacy workflows; connect HubSpot, BI dashboards, Support, and CS tools into a single platform.Example agent-first activities: Break down 30-40 recurring RevOps processes (lead routing, quote-to-cash, renewal proration...) into multi-step agent plans that use memory, planning, and tool-calling patterns.AI-driven automation & experimentation –identify high-leverage use cases such as hyper-personalised outreach and churn-risk detection; prototype, measure, and scale agents.Example agent-first activities: Expose Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, CPQ, and billing actions through iPaaS layers like Workato, Tray.io, n8n, or Zapier.Data analysis & insight generation – mine large datasets for leading indicators of engagement, expansion, and churn; translate analytics into GTM recommendations and stakeholder alignment.Example agent-first activities: Implement human-in-the-loop guardrails, evaluation harnesses, and rollback paths to ensure ≥95 % post-QC accuracy.Continuous improvement & governance –define data-quality standards and AI guardrails; instrument telemetry, vector-based evaluations, and weekly retros to shrink manual minutes per process.Documentation & enablement – deliver developer-grade docs, architecture diagrams, and live sessions for RevOps analysts and GTM stakeholders.

Strong SaaS GTM operations backgroundFamiliarity with lead routing, CPQ, renewal, billing, and attribution flows
Agentic AI Engineering
Production experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain, AutoGen, or similarFamiliarity with RAG pipelines, tool use patterns, and memory planningBuilt agents with evaluation harnesses, rollback logic, and human-in-the-loop workflows
Middleware & iPaaS Fluency
Hands-on with tools like Workato Agent Studio, Tray.io, Zapier, n8n, MuleSoft, or MakeExperience using iPaaS to abstract and expose business logic for autonomous agents
Programming & Integration
Strong Python proficiencyBonus: TypeScript, JavaScript, or GoAPI design with REST/GraphQL, Git workflows, CI/CD familiarity
AI Quality & Safety
Experience with vector DBs, telemetry, RBAC, prompt-injection mitigationSkilled at building safe, observable, and reversible agent systems
Bonus points for experience designing RevOps agent swarms, using Workato Genie / AgentX,
VPC LLM deployment, or shipping agent frameworks that replaced manual FTE hours.
