Revenue Operations Associate 📍 Boston, MA | 18 months VIE Program - starting September/October 2025
Your MissionWe are seeking a highly analytical and driven Revenue Operations Associate for a VIE contract to join our Boston office. In this critical role, you will be the operational backbone of our go-to-market team, responsible for building and optimizing a scalable revenue engine that fuels our North American growth.
You will directly influence revenue outcomes by enhancing our processes, technology stack, and data infrastructure. Working at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, you will partner with senior leadership to drive efficiency, improve predictability, and accelerate growth across the entire customer lifecycle. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape our GTM strategy and develop deep expertise in the fast-growing field of Revenue Operations.
Your Core ResponsibilitiesSales Performance & Forecasting: Own the operational cadence of the revenue team. Manage and refine the sales forecasting process, conduct in-depth pipeline analysis, and support territory planning and quota-setting to ensure the team is positioned to meet its targets.Revenue Intelligence & Analytics: Serve as the source of truth for GTM performance. Develop and maintain core RevOps dashboards in Looker to track key metrics like pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and sales cycle length. Translate data into actionable insights for leadership, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities from lead-to-renewal.GTM Technology & Systems: Take ownership of our revenue technology stack. You will administer and optimize our CRM (Hubspot) and other critical sales tools (AI stack Clay, N8N etc.) to improve data integrity, user adoption, and overall efficiency. You'll evaluate and implement new tools to enhance productivity.Process Optimization & Enablement: Continuously identify and eliminate friction in our end-to-end revenue process. You will map, document, and re-engineer workflows to increase sales productivity. You’ll collaborate on creating documentation and training materials to ensure the GTM team is enabled on best practices and tools.Strategic GTM Projects: Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects designed to improve revenue performance. You will manage project timelines, stakeholder communications, and reporting to ensure successful execution of key strategic initiatives.
Your ProfileA recent graduate (Master’s level) who is eligible for the VIE program.First experience (internship/apprenticeship or 1–2 years) in strategy, consulting or Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a highly analytical role within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a demonstrated mastery of Excel/Google Sheets.Hands-on experience with a major CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) is highly desirable.A process-oriented thinker who is highly organized, proactive, and has a strong sense of ownership.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present data-driven recommendations clearly and concisely.Full professional fluency in English.
