We’re searching for a GTM Engineer to help power the Allbound Engine for our partners. You will work behind the scenes to build, optimize and maintain automation workflows, enabling our Strategists to drive revenue growth for our partners through intent-based campaigns.

What You’ll Do - Some high impact opportunities you'll tackle include:

Allbound Maturity Levels: Build and optimize Claybook processes based on RP’s Allbound Maturity Model.Data Integration: Connect and orchestrate tools such as Clay, HubSpot, Smartlead, and Outbound Sync.Quality Control: Ensure data integrity and accuracy for campaign execution.Innovation & Execution: Design new and creative ways to unlock value through our data and tech stack.Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with the Allbound and RevOps teams to support all aspects of GTM campaigns.Mentorship: Coach junior team members on automation best practices and platform fluency.

Who You Are - This opportunity is for you if you have/can:

Required Experience:

Workflow & Automation Expertise2+ years building complex data enrichment and automation workflows1+ years advanced experience with ClayStrong understanding of Clay’s integration capabilities and limitationsTechnical Fluency: 2+ years of experience:Hands-on experience with web scraping tools and techniquesProficient in manipulating data formats (CSV, etc)Skilled in data cleaning and validation processesCommunication: Proficiency in remote communication with internal teams using Google Meet, Slack, and email.Trust: You operate with honesty and integrity.

Bonus Experience:

Agency backgroundHubSpot: Marketing, Sales, CMS, Ops HubFamiliarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and custom integrationsTools like: ClickUp, Vector/RB2B, Copy.ai, SmartLead/Lemlist, Ads Platforms, Chili Pipe, Sendos and more!
