First RevOps seat at a pre‑B startup: you'll be the architect connecting sales pipes to success pipes to marketing pipes—making one clean engine instead of three messy ones.
Your canvas: the full GTM stack. CRM plumbing, forecasting math, commission rules, funnel design—if it touches revenue, you'll shape it.
Daily rhythm: toggle between strategy talks with execs and hands‑on Salesforce tweaking. You're building the car while driving it.
Who fits: you've built RevOps before, speak both SQL and CEO, and know the difference between a band‑aid fix and real infrastructure.
Why jump: clear path to VP of RevOps, $160‑200k plus real equity, and the rare chance to design the whole machine from scratch.
You’re a systems-thinker and operational builder who thrives in ambiguity. You’ve built RevOps or GTM infrastructure from the ground up — not just dashboards, but full-stack workflows that scale. You think in processes, not point solutions. You know how to connect the dots across Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance, and you’re just as comfortable digging into Salesforce config as you are aligning on strategy with execs.
You’ll own all things RevOps — from CRM hygiene and forecasting to commissions, funnel design, and reporting infrastructure. This is a player-coach role: you’ll drive strategy while executing tactically to remove GTM friction. You’ll partner cross-functionally with sales, sales development, marketing, customer success and support to improve funnel conversion, reporting clarity, and revenue predictability.
