Director/Senior Director of Revenue Operations

Gem Software Development
Hybrid San Francisco, CA Posted 16 days ago $197,000 - $240,000 yearly

TL;DR

Gem in a nutshell: they make recruiting software that doesn't suck—the kind that gets a 4.8/5 from actual users and powers hiring at places like Reddit and Robinhood.

This seat: you'll be the mechanic‑in‑chief for their revenue engine, running a small RevOps crew and keeping the whole GTM machine (marketing → sales → success) humming smooth.

Daily beat: coach your team, spot process knots before they tangle, build in Salesforce when needed, and be the numbers person GTM leaders trust to tell it straight.

Who fits: five‑plus years RevOps in B2B SaaS, couple years managing people, seen both scrappy startups and $40M+ ARR scale‑ups. Bonus if you did consulting or banking before.

Why jump: competitive comp ($197‑240k plus equity), real 10‑year window on options, flexible PTO that means it, and two days a week in SF with a crew that's proud to land #13 on Fortune's list.
