Tabs in a nutshell: AI that reads B2B contracts and chases payments so you don't have to. Fresh off funding from Lightspeed and friends.
First GTM Engineer seat: build the targeting engine that tells sales who to chase and why. Think part‑detective, part‑plumber—you'll connect dots across data to spot perfect customers before they know they need us.
Daily beat: tune ICP models, wire up automation, track what works, and cook up wild experiments. Clay, Zapier, whatever gets the job done fast.
Who fits: 3+ years making GTM systems hum, technical enough to build your own tools when needed, loves turning hunches into dashboards.
Setup: NYC‑based, mostly in‑office, $115‑135k to start. Perfect for someone who'd rather build the sales machine than run it.

About The Role
We’re hiring our first GTM Engineer — someone technical, scrappy, and curious who can build systems, tools, and workflows to make our sales, marketing, and success teams move 10x faster. They will own the engine behind our go-to-market motion: our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), Total Addressable List (TAL), and the systems that translate signals into execution.
You’ll work across Growth, RevOps, and Product Marketing — designing experiments, building automation, and fine-tuning how we identify, prioritize, and engage accounts. You won’t just run campaigns — you’ll architect the system that makes them work.
This is a high-impact role for someone who loves wearing multiple hats, building fast, and solving real customer problems in creative ways.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
Own the ICP and TAL engine — evolve our account targeting strategy based on strategic input, product evolution, and market signalsDesign and orchestrate our GTM data layer — scoring models, routing logic, campaign triggers, and enrichment flowsAct on signal — analyze intent, firmographic, and behavioral data to drive smarter targeting and sequencingBuild campaign dashboards and attribution frameworks — track what’s working, what’s not, and where to double downRun experiments with Growth, BDRs, and RevOps — test segmentation, messaging, and personalization at the account levelIdeate and launch new growth hacks — try things that don’t scale such as gifting campaigns, account-based landing pages, or ABM campaigns. Move fast and iterate — be the person who builds, tests, and adapts before anything becomes a scaled process
About You
You’re a builder at heart — someone who loves solving problems across disciplines. Maybe you were an early sales engineer, founding growth marketer, or a commercially minded revops orchestrator. You thrive in ambiguity, have bias toward action, and have a strong commercial mindset.

Experience in SaaS, fintech, or another early stage startupFamiliarity with tools like Clay, Vector, Replit, Zapier, and Loveable and has a strong aptitude to try and test new thingsThey have an experimental mindset and love to test new ideas, validate signals, and turn feedback loops into better systems.
