The Role
We're looking for a creative and technical GTM Engineer to build internal systems and automations to drive user acquisition, increase revenue, streamline processes, and grow our brand. This role will be responsible for developing and executing growth experiments, improving KPIs, and managing an AI-forward tech stack.
You’ll work closely with our Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute growth experiments: Identify critical areas of improvement within our go-to-market processes and build innovative AI-driven tooling to address these gapsAccelerate product led growth: Increase user activation rates, enable Sales engagement, and drive revenue from product signupsOptimize website conversions: Conduct A/B tests and experiments across website to increase conversions and generate qualified leadsAnalytics and reporting: Track full funnel KPIs, build dashboards, report on experiment results, surface insights, and create data-driven feedback loops to drive improvementsManage GTM tech stack: Build and manage an AI-forward tech stack for our go-to-market team to engage prospects and customers for pipeline creation
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, marketing operations, or growth marketing rolesProven ability to build custom workflows using no-code platforms, APIs, and AI modelsDemonstrated ability to track and optimize full-funnel marketing metricsHands-on experience identifying key gaps in tech stack, conducting thorough analysis, negotiating with vendors, and implementing cutting-edge toolsData-driven approach to identify high impact experiments, analyze results, and iterate on outcomesStrong project management skills with ability to coordinate cross-functional effortsAdvanced experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (Hubspot or Marketo), CRMs (Hubspot or Salesforce), and GTM automation tools (Clay, Cargo, N8N, etc.)
