About The RoleOur client is seeking a highly talented and motivated Sr. Revenue Operations Manager to join their growing Revenue Operations team to support their GTM organization. They are seeking a process-driven and technical expert to up-level the marketing engine architecture, optimize the marketing tech stack, and business processes. You will get to work directly with senior leaders within the company to advance marketing operations capabilities and achieve real business outcomes. As a Sr. Marketing Operations Manager, you will continuously strategize on the best way to mature operations and lead strategic projects from start to finish. The team you will be on is key in the support of company revenue goals and funnel health.
In this role, you will:Be part of the larger centralized Revenue Operations team building and guiding the revenue engine for scaleHelp build and optimize a robust tech stack for the revenue team (primarily, Hubspot, SFDC, LeanData, Drift, Clearbit, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Fullcircle, Zoom Webinar, Demandbase)Partner with Marketing Leadership and Director of Marketing Operations to optimize results for revenue-positive marketing programs and campaignsPartner with the Data Science team to build lead scoring and lead lifecycle systems to optimize lead distribution for salesUse data insights to proactively identify gaps in the marketing funnel and surface opportunitiesPerform in-depth analysis for major new marketing initiatives and programs: identify trends, solve problems and report resultsCollaborate with Sales leadership and Sales Operations to ensure best in class response to top of funnelIdentify, scope and build business cases for new capabilities required to scale: People, Process, and Tools
About you:5+ years of relevant Revenue/Marketing Operations experience at a scale-up SaaS companyExperience executing multi-channel marketing and PLG strategies and aligning various stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to shared pipeline goalsAbility to execute marketing operations concepts including workflow management, segmentation, reporting, and managing lead lifecyclePrevious experience building marketing technology stacks and integrating tools to support business objectivesHands on experience as a marketing automation platform architect, and practitionerDeep knowledge in various performance marketing and demand generation channels (SEM, SEO, display, Content marketing, Review websites, Retargeting, Email, Offline, etc.)Strong project management and organizational skills, ability to balance multiple project and deliverablesHighly analytical and able to translate complex data into simple insightsExcel/Sheets power user comfortable manipulating large sets of dataCreative problem-solver who can manage multiple projects with ease and finesse
