About WarpWarp is rebuilding freight from the inside out. We operate a modern middle mile network that uses cross docks, right sized vehicles, and smarter routing to move freight faster and more efficiently than legacy LTL and pool providers. Brands like Walmart and Saks rely on Warp to keep their supply chains moving. Whether it’s store replenishment, zone skipping, or direct to consumer delivery, we make freight less rigid, less wasteful, and a lot more reliable.
What You'll DoYou’ll work side by side with Warp’s Revenue Operations team to help streamline how revenue flows through the business. From sales to onboarding to retention, you’ll help build the systems that drive visibility, accountability, and scale. You’ll work directly every day with our Head of Product and Sales team to identify gaps, track performance, and tighten execution.
You’ll be responsible for:Tracking and reporting daily revenue, bookings, and churn across the customer baseBuilding and maintaining dashboards in Airtable, Notion, or Google SheetsAuditing CRM and shipment data for accuracy and insightSupporting weekly pipeline reviews and quote to booking conversion analysisIdentifying inefficiencies in handoffs between Sales, Marketing, and Customer SuccessHelping shape playbooks, workflows, and automation across GTM functions
