About The Role

As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, Security Business, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by collaborating closely with GTM Leadership and the Security Sales Team. Your expertise as a strategic field operations partner will support Coalition’s ambitious growth targets, bridging Revenue Operations and Executive priorities with frontline sales teams.

You’ll take ownership of field activity analytics, performance reporting, and resource allocation—delivering actionable insights and enhanced visibility across the sales organization. You’ll also lead process improvement and tool optimization initiatives, translating business needs from GTM stakeholders into scalable workflows and system enhancements (across both third-party and proprietary platforms).

This role calls for a candidate adept at distilling complex business data and insights, fostering cross-functional relationships, and aligning stakeholders around actionable outcomes. You thrive in fast-paced settings where your initiative and impact are tangible. Resourceful, collaborative, and deeply accountable, you instinctively identify challenges, prioritize deliverables, and execute with a high degree of ownership and accuracy. Responsibilities

Business Planning & Pipeline OptimizationPartner with Security Business and Sales leadership to drive operational change and scale best practicesDeliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly analysis that maximizes field productivity, process efficiency, and revenue performanceOwn core operational rhythms: forecasting, pipeline management, revenue attribution, data quality, and business planningImplement and maintain industry-leading territory and quota management practicesContinuously monitor and analyze GTM performance across all revenue channelsSupport sales productivity initiatives spanning new business, retention, cross-sell, and channel partnershipsReporting & AnalyticsBuild and maintain dashboards and reports covering operational KPIs, sales pipeline, performance trends, and competitive insightsConduct KPI and leading indicator analyses to identify opportunities, drive solutions, and inform operational strategyDevelop transparent performance dashboards for organizational and leadership review, supporting proactive decision-makingBusiness Intelligence & Process OptimizationRegularly present individual, regional, and organizational performance trends to GTM leadershipLeverage insights to recommend and drive process, technical, and workflow improvementsCollaborate cross-functionally to identify and resolve barriers to sales productivity and minimize friction within the sales cyclePartner with internal stakeholders to prioritize and implement tooling enhancements across systems (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Marketo)Champion process optimization and the adoption of new technology and best practices
Skills And Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field5+ years in sales operations, analytics, management consulting, finance, or a related fieldAdvanced data analysis skills, with hands-on experience using BI tools (Looker, Tableau), CRM systems (Salesforce FSC/CRMA), and productivity software (G Suite, Excel, GONG)Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to drive field efficiency and tool enhancementsDemonstrated problem-solving ability, analytical thinking, and proficiency in distilling complex informationExceptional communication and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects concurrently and work independently in a dynamic environment

Compensation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The US base salary for this position ranges from $107,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $135,000/year in our highest geographic market. Consistent with applicable laws, an employee's pay within this range is based on a number of factors, which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location.
