Hiring – GTM Engineer & Client Success Manager @ Beanstalk Consulting 🌱Location: Remote | Type: Full-time
MissionRun outbound campaigns that generate pipeline and client retention. You'll fully own strategy, list building, copywriting, launch, and performance across multiple B2B accounts.
Daily ActivitiesWrite cold email sequences and deploy via EmailBison and other sequencersBuild segmented lead lists with Clay, ApolloMonitor inbox health, reply rates, and campaign metricsLead client check-ins, answer questions fast, and optimize campaignsTrack KPIs and suggest improvements to targeting or messaging
Qualifications1–2+ years in B2B sales, client success, or outbound campaign rolesStrong cold email copy, list-building, AI & LLM usage, and deliverability skillsProactive communicator via Slack, Loom, and Google MeetOrganized and confident managing 10–15 accounts independently
Position DescriptionFull-time (40 hrs/week), fully remote.Available for internal/client comms 10am–4pm EST, but flexible outside that window.Work with fast-moving B2B startups, get expert feedback, learn quickly, and grow without red tape—from anywhere.
