About the Role
We're partnering with a high-growth B2B SaaS startup in San Francisco to hire a Founding RevOps Leader, a systems thinker and operator who can architect and scale the full go-to-market infrastructure from scratch. This is a foundational role that combines strategy with tactical execution, ideal for someone who has built RevOps in fast-paced, early-stage environments and is ready to own the entire revenue engine.
What You'll DoBuild and own end-to-end Revenue Operations across Sales, CS, Marketing, and FinanceDrive CRM hygiene, funnel performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracyArchitect scalable GTM workflows, including lead routing, commission structures, and reporting frameworksPartner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, SDRs, Success, and Support to optimize every stage of the funnelOwn tooling (Salesforce, Clay, Apollo) and continuously improve systems to reduce friction and increase revenue predictabilityOperate as a player-coach: align with leadership on strategy while executing the operational roadmap hands-on
