SFR Analytics provides comprehensive insights on investor activity through our nationwide deed, mortgage, and assessor data that updates daily. Our tooling helps investors and analysts capture actionable insights by: 1) connecting directly to quality data sources that refresh daily and 2) delivering analytics products they can customize to their specific needs. About the RoleAs a Growth and Operations Lead, you'll help new clients discover and adopt SFR Analytics while helping existing clients expand their usage of our products. On the growth front, you'll develop and execute strategies to help potential clients find SFR Analytics, understand our value proposition, successfully onboard, and expand usage over time. On the operations front, you'll optimize internal processes to ensure we can scale efficiently while maintaining our high standards for data quality and client satisfaction.
In This Role You'llDevelop and implement growth strategies that are sometimes scrappy, gritty, and unscalable to find new usersIdeate and execute on projects end-to-end, such as referral programs or methods to increase product adoption within client organizationsEstablish proper metrics and instrumentation to evaluate results, then drive execution to deliver themHelp shape the product roadmap based on client feedback and usage patternsBring energy and creativity to product discussionsOptimize operational processes to improve efficiency and maintain data qualitySweat the details and take pride in delighting our clients
Preferred Skills and Experience1-2+ years experience at a high-growth startup, real estate tech company, or in consulting, investment banking, PE/VCAbility to independently execute on ideas end-to-endComfort with ambiguity, appetite for questioning assumptions, and ability to think and write clearlyStrong analytical skills and data-driven decision makingFamiliarity with SQL/Python
