Director of Growth Operations & Performance

Citizen Relations Public Relations and Communications Services
Hybrid Manhattan, NY Posted about 2 months ago $110,000 - $120,000 yearly

TL;DR

PR shop needs a growth wizard: Citizen Relations (10 offices, big clients like P&G) wants someone to turn their pitch machine into a revenue engine.

Your canvas: the whole new business funnel—from first hello to final handshake. Build it, measure it, tune it until it hums. No manual steering; you'll pick the tech to make it run smooth.

Daily beat: qualify leads fast, spot patterns in the wins, coach pitch teams on what works, and make the CRM sing. Basically, turn gut feelings into graphs that point up and right.

Who fits: 6‑8 years running B2B growth at agencies or professional shops; loves process but loves results more; can talk tech and strategy in the same breath.

Numbers: $110‑120k in NYC, hybrid setup, backed by a network that actually shares toys (The Plus Company). Recent awards suggest the wind's at their back.
