We are seeking a strategic and analytical Revenue Operations Analyst to help align and optimize our sales, marketing, and customer success efforts—fueling sustainable revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance operational efficiency, improve data integrity, streamline workflows, and maximize revenue potential across the organization based on data-informed decision making. Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations, this role will help support the company’s top go-to-market and operational priorities within the Office of the CEO. This is a remote role.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute revenue growth strategies in collaboration with the GTM leadership teamOptimize sales and marketing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness and improve revenue performance to achieve topline goalsDirectly implement and manage automation tools and technologies to streamline operationsEnsure data integrity across all systems and provide reporting and analytical supportCreate and maintain dashboards for revenue forecasting and business health monitoringCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on revenue opportunitiesAnalyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisionsPartner with leadership to strategize, operationalize, and analyze business initiativesOversee systems administration and recommend tools to improve data quality and reporting
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, strategy consulting or similar roles in a B2B SaaS capacityExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build and manage business intelligence reporting and dashboardingProficiency is SalesforceProficiency in CRM systems & GTM tooling (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, Pardot, Outreach, Chilipiper)Outstanding communication, leadership skills, and ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levelsStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and convey insights effectively to stakeholdersStrong change agent – with the ability to work at all levels across the organization to drive changeStrong bias to action – with a high level of motivation to succeed/winPreferred familiarity with any vertical-specific SaaS industry or beauty and wellness industry

The base salary range for this position in the United States is $60,000 to $75,000. In addition to base pay, the total compensation package may also include commission, performance bonuses, benefits, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
