Behind every great sales team is someone making the machine hum. That's this job—you're the mechanic keeping our revenue engine running smooth.
Your canvas: the full revenue lifecycle—from lead to close to renewal. Your tools: HubSpot, data dashboards, and AI to automate the boring stuff. Your mission: make it all flow better.
Daily beat: spot process knots, untangle them, teach the team better ways, keep the CRM clean, and turn messy data into clear signals for the CRO.
Who fits: 5+ years tuning revenue ops in tech, fluent in sales tools and methods, loves finding shortcuts that work, and actually enjoys making spreadsheets tell stories.
Why jump: chance to build the plumbing right from the start, work remote, and be the quiet hero who helps everyone else hit their numbers.
