We are seeking a data driven and strategic Director of RevOps to lead our end-to-end revenue operations. You will architect and optimize our entire revenue engine during this critical hyper-growth phase. This hands-on leadership role requires someone who can execute complex technical implementations while driving strategic systems to scale GTM operations from millions to hundreds of millions in ARR.

What You'll Do

Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance to optimize the entire revenue processBuild complex GTM systems around lead routing, pipeline processes, and implementation of commission plans to scale with rapid growthAnalyze conversion rates, sales velocity, and customer acquisition costs while building reporting that provides real-time visibility into revenue performanceOwn the RevOps tech stack and integrate a dozen tools into HubSpotDogfood and use Replit as part of your daily

Required Skills & Experience

5-8 years of experience in RevOps with 3+ in a leadership positionPrevious experience at a high growth SaaS startupSuccessfully built the RevOps function from the ground upProven experience supporting companies through significant scaling phases ($10M to $100M+ ARR etc.)Expertise with CRM, marketing automation, and customer success platformsStrong technical skills and an analytical mindset
