As we scale, we’re hiring a Remote (Part Time or Full Time) Revenue Operations Manager who thrives at the intersection of automation, systems thinking, and creative problem-solving.
This isn’t your average ops role - we’re looking for a builder. Someone who can look at a bottleneck and not only suggest a better way, but actually build it using the tools in their stack.
What You’ll Own
HubSpot Workflow Engineering: Audit, optimize, and build custom workflows and automation logic across our sales pipeline, client onboarding, and internal ops.AI & GPT Workflow Management: Maintain and improve our GPT-based sales call review integration inside HubSpot.Reporting Automation: Own data hygiene and reporting structure using Coefficient + Google Sheets (pivot tables, dashboards, logic-based formulas).Tool & API Integrations: Manage our operational tech stack across Clay.com, Zapier, Cal.com, and more — connecting systems, eliminating double work, and identifying better tools when needed.Internal Process Automation: Improve internal workflows (like onboarding, calendar routing, outreach tracking) and reduce operational friction through smart automation.Sales Enablement Infrastructure: Support lead gen and outreach teams by maintaining technical infrastructure and setting up scalable systems for outbound.Continuous Process Improvement: Be proactive about what’s broken, suggest improvements, and implement smart solutions across the business.
What You Bring
Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot workflows and automationDeep knowledge of Zapier, Coefficient, Clay.com, and Cal.comAdvanced Excel/Google Sheets capabilities (pivot tables, logical formulas, multi-source data mapping)Familiarity with GPT or OpenAI API integrations (or willingness to learn)A systems thinker mindset: you see operations as an engine, and you’re always optimizing itExperience working in fast-paced agencies, startups, or high-growth environmentsComfortable working cross-functionally across sales, client success, and leadership teamsSelf-managing, detail-oriented, and fast-moving
