AirOps Software Development
Hybrid New York, NY Posted 5 days ago

TL;DR

AirOps in a nutshell: helping brands win the AI marketing race by building tools both humans and machines actually want to use.

This seat: part coach, part architect—you'll build an SDR team while wiring up the smart plumbing (Clay, Lemlist) that makes them 2x as effective as the competition.

Daily beat: train sellers, design automation that doesn't feel robotic, mix data from everywhere into personalized outreach that works, and track what moves the needle.

Who fits: 4+ years in sales development (2+ leading teams), can build Clay workflows in your sleep, and gets fired up about making AI play nice with marketing.

The trade: equity that could matter, solid benefits, flexible time off, and a chance to shape how brands talk to people in the AI age—from our hubs in SF, NYC, or Montevideo.
