🛠️ What You’ll Do ✨ Automate everything → Design workflows that cut manual busywork and supercharge GTM efficiency. ✨ Connect the stack → Own integrations across HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, Zapier, Make, Slack, Trello & more. ✨ Turn data into direction → Build dashboards & pipelines that give teams actionable insights. ✨ Engineer processes → Spot bottlenecks, standardize what works, and create repeatable systems. ✨ Collaborate across teams → Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success & Delivery to align systems with strategy.
✅ What We’re Looking ForStrong knowledge of GTM systems & RevOps principles.Hands-on with automation tools (Clay, Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.).Experience designing & maintaining integrations between GTM platforms.Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and basic scripting (Python/JS a plus).CRM know-how (HubSpot, Salesforce).Systems thinker with a love for automation, scalability & documentation.
