GTM Engineer – NYC (Midtown, In-Office)
Our client, a rapidly growing and well-funded wealth technology platform, is seeking a GTM (Go-To-Market) Engineer to join their revenue operations team in New York City. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-performing team at a company redefining the wealth management space.
The Role
As a GTM Engineer, you will act as the technical bridge between sales, marketing, product, and data teams, building and optimizing the systems that power the company’s go-to-market engine. You will design lead routing logic, develop dashboards, integrate platforms, and automate workflows to ensure revenue teams can operate at peak efficiency.
Responsibilities
Translate GTM strategy into scalable processes, tools, and automations.Own and optimize the GTM tech stack, integrating CRM, marketing automation, and data enrichment tools.Build and maintain lead routing, scoring, and segmentation rules.Create dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for revenue teams.Automate workflows to improve efficiency and reduce cycle times.Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance across systems.Collaborate with the data team to generate insights that guide targeting, messaging, and prioritization.
Experience & Skills Required
2–6 years in sales engineering, revenue operations, marketing operations, or similar GTM technical roles.Proven experience building and maintaining integrations between CRM, marketing automation, and other GTM tools.Strong CRM administration skills (HubSpot preferred), with bonus points for API knowledge and SQL.Analytical mindset with a focus on turning data into actionable insights.Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or fintech environments.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable working in-office daily alongside cross-functional teams.
