Your impactWe’re looking for a pioneering GTM Engineer who will bridge the worlds of engineering and customer obsession. In this role, you will be hands-on in translating complex customer needs into scalable solutions, shaping how new partners experience Inworld from their very first interaction. You’ll be the architect of trust and technical credibility, working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and growth to help deals progress end-to-end, ensuring seamless adoption and long-term customer impact. Your work will lay the foundation for our GTM strategy, uncover new market opportunities, and directly influence how Inworld scales its solutions across industries.

Candidates must be based in the SF Bay Area or willing to relocate (you will be working on-site in our South Bay office a few days a week).
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000 - $240,000 USD. In addition to base pay, total compensation includes equity and benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, level, and additional factors, including competencies, experience, and business needs. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
