GTM Systems EngineerLocation: Remote (US-based; work from anywhere)
Why this role mattersWe’re looking for a technical builder who loves connecting data, tools, and strategy to make go-to-market teams more effective. This is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll own the systems that power outbound campaigns—everything from data pipelines to automations to dashboards.If you enjoy building with Clay, Smartlead, n8n, and Postgres—and you like solving commercial problems with a RevOps lens—you’ll thrive here.
What you’ll work onCampaign Infrastructure: Manage Clay tables, Smartlead states, CRM syncs, and campaign plumbing.Data & Pipelines: Design and maintain Supabase/Postgres schemas; handle deduplication, scoring, and QA checks.Automations: Build workflows with n8n; connect APIs to enrich data and power reporting.Dashboards & Portals: Build client-facing dashboards and portals in Notion or lightweight UIs.Analytics & ML Lite: Experiment with clustering, scoring, and prompt engineering to improve targeting and copy.Front-end Utilities: Spin up quick web tools like dashboards, lead magnets, and client views.Commercial Impact: Connect technical solutions directly to client pain points, segmentation, and messaging.
You’re a great fit if…You’ve been a RevOps Engineer, MarTech Engineer, or technical founder/operator who has shipped internal tools end-to-end.You’re fluent enough in Python/TypeScript to script and automate, but prefer pragmatic, no-fluff solutions.You’ve worked with sales/marketing stacks (Clay, Smartlead, HubSpot, Salesforce).You think in systems—schema design, retries, QA checks, logs, alerts—and you like making things run reliably.You enjoy collaborating on strategy, but you’re at your best when you’re the one implementing and shipping.
