About The Role

As the Founding Go-To-Market Engineer, you’ll use your creativity and technical expertise to design and launch high-impact GTM strategies that will accelerate reaching our mission of unifying our nationwide real estate infrastructure. Through your mastery of technology, revenue and automations, you’ll collaborate with the sales and marketing team to deliver technical pilots and create repeatable revenue engines that close deals. By building automations and workflows that run at scale, you’ll be part of a critical process for landing high-value partnerships and scaling our growth systems into the future.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the VP of Finance, Elliot Comite, and the Product Marketing Lead, Leo Jedynak.

We are looking for teammates who are excited to work from our SoHo NYC office 4 days a week.

Why This Role is Different

This is not a traditional “RevOps” role. You’ll be a growth driver — designing creative market plays, proving value in enterprise pre-sales, and building the GTM infrastructure to scale them nationwide. Your work will directly influence how Perchwell enters and wins new markets.

What You’ll Drive And Build

Design and execute creative GTM plays. Partner with GTM leadership to ideate, prototype, and operationalize growth motions for MLS and brokerage market deals.

Create strategies and playbooks that scale. Build repeatable pilot frameworks that can be deployed across multiple markets.

Build reliable, connected GTM systems. Ensure HubSpot, Heap, and connected systems are tightly integrated, reliable, and optimized for real-time insights by architecting lightweight automations, data flows, and enrichment processes. Flex as a pre-sales solutions engineer. Lead technical discovery and data ingestion for MLS and brokerage pilots, using live prospect data and accelerate sales cycles. Augment and scale our data infrastructure. Configure integrations, dashboards, and demo environments with the Data Engineering team.

What You’ll Need

4+ years in a growth, RevOps, sales engineering, or GTM-focused technical role in B2B SaaS. A track record of conceiving and executing creative GTM strategies that drive measurable pipeline and revenue. Hands-on experience connecting and optimizing systems like HubSpot, Heap, or similar CRM/analytics platforms. Experience with or a desire to learn how to run pilots, proof-of-concepts, or technical evaluations with enterprise customers. Fluency with APIs, integrations, and automation workflows. Experience collaborating with and translating ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A bias toward action, experimentation, and delivering visible results quickly.

Salary Range

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base salary ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. Our ranges are based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including skills, job-related knowledge and depth of work experience.

The compensation for this position is $120-$200K base salary + equity + benefits
