PayNearMe in plain talk: they make paying bills feel less like paying bills—one platform that handles everything from Apple Pay to cash at 7‑Eleven. Now they need someone to keep their own tools talking nice.
Your mission: be the Salesforce whisperer. Wire it to play nice with other tools (Zendesk, Jira, Gong), automate the boring stuff (quotes, contracts, billing), and keep data flowing clean between teams.
Day‑to‑day beat: code in Apex, build Lightning stuff, write smart Flows, connect APIs, and make sure nothing breaks when you push to prod. Plus lots of whiteboard time with Revenue, Finance, and Support folks.
Who fits: five‑plus years deep in Salesforce dev work, comfortable with modern DevOps, and can translate make it betterinto working automation without getting lost in the weeds.
The deal: $120‑150k, equity that vests like a normal startup (4 years, 1‑year cliff), solid health plan, flex time off, and $250 to make your home office less sad.
