Assembled in a nutshell: they're building mission control for modern customer support—helping big names like CashApp and Etsy juggle in‑house teams, outsourced folks, and AI agents without dropping balls.
This seat: second RevOps hire ever, you'll own the plumbing (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong) that keeps sales and marketing flowing smooth. Think mechanic meets architect.
Daily beat: route leads without leaks, keep the data clean, test new tools, fix broken workflows—basically ensure our GTM engine runs like a Tesla, not a tired Civic.
Who fits: 3‑5 years RevOps/SalesOps in B2B SaaS, speaks fluent Salesforce, loves turning chaos into systems, and gets excited about teaching AI new tricks.
Why jump: early enough to build it right (fresh off $70M raise), small enough to see your impact daily, big enough to matter—plus you'll shape how modern support works.
