The OpportunityWe’re looking for a Go-to-Market Engineer to be the technical link between our revenue-driving teams and our product, marketing, and data functions. You’ll design, build, and maintain the systems that keep our commercial operations running smoothly — ensuring the tools, automations, and processes are ready to support ambitious growth targets.
Your day might include building automated lead routing rules, developing analytics dashboards, connecting marketing and sales systems, or streamlining a manual workflow into a seamless process. If you enjoy a mix of technical problem-solving and working closely with GTM stakeholders, this role will give you both.
Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate go-to-market strategies into scalable technical solutions, workflows, and processes.Take full ownership of the GTM tech stack — select, implement, and integrate CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, and data platforms.Build and fine-tune lead scoring, routing, and segmentation frameworks.Deliver analytics dashboards and reports that enable data-driven decisions.Identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve productivity and shorten sales cycles.Maintain clean, accurate, and compliant data across all GTM systems.Partner with the data team to surface insights that sharpen targeting and messaging.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting GTM operations.
What We’re Looking For2–6 years of experience in sales engineering, revenue operations, marketing operations, or another technical GTM role.Demonstrated ability to connect and integrate multiple GTM systems, including CRM and marketing automation platforms.Strong CRM administration background; API and SQL skills are a plus.Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn numbers into actionable recommendations.Experience in fast-paced B2B SaaS or fintech settings is highly valued.Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.Willingness to work in-office daily alongside the sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
