Your canvas: the whole GTM stack. You'll teach Salesforce new tricks, let AI handle the boring stuff (meeting prep, decks, follow‑ups), and keep the pipeline clean as mountain water.

Daily work: mix data and gut feel to spot deals going sideways, coach a scattered team, and make sure quotas make sense. Lots of SQL, lots of talking to brass.

Who fits: 5+ years running RevOps at a fast SaaS shop, fluent in Salesforce/Outreach/Snowflake, and excited to let robots do the grunt work while humans do the thinking.

Job Description

As Revenue Operations Director, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, ensuring our sales teams operate at peak performance through data, process optimization, and AI-driven automation.

We firmly believe that Revenue Operations is a transformation function that drives meaningful and lasting change, so this isn’t your regular RevOps role. You’ll work across the entire GTM organisation to drive projects that re-engineer core workflows, supercharge productivity and propel continuous improvement. Working closely with our CRO, Founders, Executives, and Sales Leadership, you’ll eliminate bottlenecks and unlock powerful insights that fuel our growth.

What You’ll Own & Build AI & Automation-Powered RevOps

Implement AI-driven sales intelligence solutions, enabling sales teams to access real-time insights, objection handling, and best practices directly from platforms like Salesforce and Outreach.Optimize automated meeting prep, sales deck customization, and follow-up workflows to reduce admin work and improve sales productivity.Leverage AI for deal risk assessment, identifying at-risk deals and recommending corrective actions based on past win/loss patterns.Drive AI-powered proposal and contract automation, ensuring faster and more precise deal execution.

Sales & Revenue Operations Strategy

Partner with GTM leadership to design, implement, and optimize sales processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness.Improve sales capability and performance visibility through business intelligence (BI), forecasting models, and exploratory analytics.Own pipeline visibility and accuracy, implementing best practices to improve data quality and predictability.Drive strategic quota assignments, territory planning, and capacity modeling, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency.Coordinate cross-functional projects with Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, and Product to align GTM execution.

Team Leadership & Development

Manage a growing, distributed team of Sales and Revenue Operations professionals supporting a global sales organization.Ensure sales teams have the right operational support, balancing resources and expertise across different regions.Provide coaching and development plans for direct reports, fostering a culture of learning and operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years in a Revenue/Sales Operations role at a fast-growing SaaS business, with experience leading and scaling teams.Deep expertise in sales process optimization, pipeline management, forecasting, and quota/territory planning.Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Snowflake, Census, and other tools within the SaaS ecosystem.Strong analytical skills, including SQL and data modeling, with the ability to structure and analyze large data sets to drive insights.Proven ability to work with C-suite, VP, and senior leadership stakeholders to align RevOps strategies with business goals.A passion for AI, automation, and GTM innovation, with a track record of implementing tech-driven sales operations solutions.Self-sufficient and action-oriented, with a bias for making decisions and driving impact in a fast-paced environment.
