Leaders come to us when they need adoption, not just slides.The role Be my co-pilot. Turn our IP into revenue, build a repeatable GTM engine, and stand up the systems that scale. You’ll own outcomes, not tasks.You will (first 90 days)Stand up GTM: clarify ICP, package offers, pricing, and a simple funnel (landing page → calendar → payment).Build pipeline: 10–20 warm convos/week; activate partner channels (associations, platforms, corporate L&D).Launch 2–3 flagship offers (e.g., Certified Change Management Leader, AI for Change Leaders) targeting $25k–$50k in new bookings.Lay the rails: lightweight CRM/automation (HubSpot), course ops (Teachable/Thinkific), payments (Stripe), analytics, and SOPs.Measure what matters: 3–5 core metrics (MRR, CAC payback, LTV, close rate, cohort completion).You areA builder-operator who ships daily and loves simple systems.Strong in B2B services GTM (offers, funnels, copy that converts).Comfortable selling to HR/L&D, PMO, CEO/CIO/COO orgs without being salesy.Able to turn messy IP into packaged products (tiers, bundles, licensing, cohorts).Tools-fluent: HubSpot/Close, Webflow/Framer, Teachable/Thinkific, Stripe, Zapier, Beautiful.ai, Loom, G-Suite.Nice to have Successful background as an Entrepreneur Understands corporate transformations and Change/Agile/SAFeCompensation Meaningful equity + performance-based cash once revenue milestones are hit.
