New Breed needs a HubSpot whisperer—someone who can peek under the hood of a prospect's tech stack, spot the friction, and sketch solutions that actually solve problems.
Your rhythm: run discovery calls, map data flows, design fixes that scale, then translate tech‑speak into plain English that moves deals forward.
Must‑haves: 4–7 years swimming in HubSpot's deep end (CRM, Marketing, Sales, Ops), plus the knack for making complex stuff sound simple.
Culture's straightforward: think big but stay humble, blaze trails but win as a team. Remote or hybrid in Burlington, VT—your call.
Package is solid: competitive pay, full benefits, 401(k), flexible time off, and a shot at President's Club if you crush it.
