Sales Operations Engineer II

IVX Health Hospitals and Health Care
Onsite Brentwood, TN Posted about 1 month ago

TL;DR

IVX Health makes infusion therapy less of a hassle for folks with chronic conditions. They need someone to turn their sales data into clear signals—think SQL wizard meets business translator.

Your canvas: build dashboards in Tableau that show what's working in sales, dig through data to spot patterns, and make the plumbing between Salesforce and other tools flow smooth.

Daily beat: write SQL that sings, turn messy numbers into clean stories, and help sales leaders see around corners with solid forecasts and trend analysis.

Who fits: 4+ years turning data into decisions, fluent in SQL and Tableau, and can explain complex stuff simply. Healthcare experience is nice but not deal‑breaking.

Perks worth noting: the usual suspects (health, 401k, etc.) plus some extras like fertility support and education money. But the real draw? Making healthcare suck less for people who need it most.
