The RoleWe're seeking a talented GTM Engineer to join our growing team. You'll be the technical force behind our client growth strategies, building and executing data-driven outbound campaigns that generate measurable pipeline. You'll work in the trenches with cutting-edge GTM tools—including Clay, Instantly.ai, HubSpot, and AI-powered automation—to help innovative B2B companies scale revenue.
What You'll OwnStrategy & Play Selection* Consult clients on which outbound plays to run next, bringing creativity and strategic thinking to every engagement* Recommend sales tools and tech stack configurations based on client challenges and growth stage* Build lead allocation systems to optimize prospect distribution across sales teamsList Building & Data Orchestration* Create ICP models based on firmographics, technographics, and buying signals* Track 1st party, 2nd party, and 3rd party signals to identify high-intent accounts* Source decision makers, champions, and end users for multi-threaded outreach strategiesClay & Data Enrichment* Build Clay workflows to automate account research and data enrichment at scale* Use AI agents and 100+ data providers to uncover insights competitors can't access* Create awareness scoring systems to prioritize accounts based on readiness and engagementCopywriting & Campaign Execution* Craft personalized email and LinkedIn sequences that drive meetings and pipeline* Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns at scale while maintaining authentic engagement* Analyze campaign performance and iterate based on data and client feedbackClient Communication* Lead weekly client calls with professionalism and strategic insight* Collaborate in Notion and Slack for project management and documentation* Contribute to our internal library of proven plays and SOPsImpact: Your work directly influences client revenue growth.
