About The Role

What You’ll Do
Build and automate workflows for lead scoring, CRM hygiene, and custom signalsWork with sales, marketing, and ops to solve bottlenecks and unlock growthKeep our data clean and systems running smoothlyPrototype, test, and roll out new tools and automations
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years in a technical, ops, or growth role—bonus if you’ve built in Clay or similar toolsComfortable with APIs, low-code platforms, and quick prototypingData-driven, creative, and relentless about automating manual workStrong communicator who can translate tech for any audienceCurious, organized, and always ready to tackle new challenges
