Position Overview: We seek a product-led growth leader to scale our developer-focused growth engine and enterprise ABM strategy. We seek a strategic leader understanding bottom-up developer adoption and enterprise sales motions to drive our next expansion phase. You'll be responsible for building scalable systems that can identify and convert our most promising users while maintaining the authenticity of our developer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:Leadership Through Scale Architect dual-track growth strategy balancing self-service developer adoption with enterprise ABM initiativesDesign scalable frameworks to grow from 1000+ - 10,000+ monthly active API users while expanding the enterprise footprint.Partner with Product and Engineering to optimize API key activation and usage expansion patternsGrowth Engine DevelopmentCreate and optimize self-service developer onboarding flows, improving time-to-value for API implementation.Develop experimentation frameworks to increase API key activation rates and expand usage across the developer team.Establish data-driven targeting for enterprise accounts based on API usage patterns and expansion signals.Design scalable growth stack integrating product usage data with enterprise account intelligence.Analytics & PerformanceBuild comprehensive analytics spanning individual developer journeys to enterprise account expansion.Develop predictive models to identify enterprise opportunities from self-service usage patterns.Create executive reporting frameworks that showcase bottom-up adoption metrics alongside the enterprise pipeline.Lead analysis of developer community expansion opportunities across new platforms and frameworksStrategic LeadershipPartner with Developer Relations to scale community engagement during rapid user base expansionGuide strategic decisions across developer tooling, documentation, and enterprise-grade features.Drive integration between product usage analytics and account-based targeting systemsLead initiatives to convert high-usage development teams into enterprise opportunities
