Metro Global Ventures is a hands-on investment shop that rolls up its sleeves inside portfolio companies—you'll be the operations glue holding multiple businesses together, spotting what's broken and fixing it before it breaks worse.
Your beat: jump between companies, pull the data, spot the pattern, then design a fix that sticks—whether that's tightening a workflow, killing a bottleneck, or steering strategy with clean numbers.
Who fits: 3–6 years in business development, ops, or growth roles; comfortable with ambiguity, data, and wearing five hats at once; a builder, not a bureaucrat.
Why it matters: you're not stuck in one company's politics—you see what works across industries, learn fast, and get real ownership of initiatives that move the needle.
The ask: Bachelor's minimum, Master's a bonus; talk straight, think analytically, move quick, and stay hungry to learn.
