WorkOS in a nutshell: they hand developers the keys to enterprise auth and identity—OpenAI, Cursor, Perplexity all plug in—and now they need someone to automate the sales machine that brings more builders through the door.
Your job: build the pipes. Clay, HubSpot, Apollo, custom code—wire them together so discovery, enrichment, and outreach hum without human hands touching every lever.
Daily rhythm: design an outbound play, test it, measure reply rates and conversions, tweak the ICP, iterate. You're part growth engineer, part five BDRs rolled into one.
Who fits: 3+ years in GTM systems or engineering, ideally with a stint as a BDR or AE so you know what actually moves deals; comfortable with SQL, APIs, and the scrappy art of connecting tools.
Why bother: fully remote, $160–185k base plus equity, and you'll shape how a $100M-backed company scales—no meetings about meetings, just clean automation that works.
