Job Description

We’re hiring a Growth Operations Engineer to design and automate the systems that power our go-to-market engine. You’ll work at the intersection of sales, marketing, and ops — building workflows, automations, and analytics that scale pipeline and make our team move faster.This is a hands-on builder role, ideal for someone who loves connecting tools, writing a bit of code, experimenting, and seeing instant impact. You’ll own projects end-to-end — from idea to live system — and have full visibility into how your work drives growth.
What You’ll DoAutomate prospecting, outreach, and lead routing using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Zapier, Make, or N8NBuild data pipelines and dashboards that track conversion and performanceExperiment, test, and scale what works across email, CRM, and analytics stacksPartner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to optimize every step of the GTM motion
